1. All puppies are guaranteed to be in good health at the time of purchase to the best of my knowledge.

2. Seller will provide necessary registration papers and the dogs immunization record.
3. Buyer will have 48 hours in which to have the puppy inspected by a licensed Veterinarian. Should the Veterinarian find a medical or genetic problem, the breeder should be notified immediately or within 72 hours of purchase. The seller is not obligated to return the purchase price of the puppy after 72 hours of purchase.
4. The buyer of this puppy is responsible for all Veterinarian or medical bills after the puppy leaves my premises.
5. The buyer has read and fully understands the terms of the contract and agrees to comply with them.
6. A non-refundable 100.00 deposit is required to hold a puppy. Checks are accepted for deposit. Make checks out to Mark Atchley. We prefer balance paid in cash.
7. Once seller has notified the buyer of the pick up date, the buyer has 5 days in which to pick up the puppy. If the puppy is not picked up by that time there will be a 5 dollar a day boarding fee.
